13-Day Cruise From Moscow to St. Petersburg:
Day One Leave the US on your overnight flight to Russia.
Day Two, Moscow Moscow arrival where you will be met and transferred to your ship. Embarkation, dinner and overnight.
Day Three, Moscow Sightseeing motorcoach tour of this ancient Russian capital, including Tverskaya Street, Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, Bolshoi Theater and Moscow State University for a panoramic view of the city. Balance of day free for exploring Moscow on your own. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day Four, Moscow Morning tour of the Kremlin. Originally a fortress, it is comprised of beautiful cathedrals, ornate palaces and government buildings. Visit the Cathedral of the Assumption, where the coronations of czars were held, one of the country's principal churches. Lunch on board. This evening, enjoy an on-board cocktail reception and dinner, as you leave Moscow for the start of your cruise.
Day Five, Uglich Take a walking tour of this lovely 10th-century town - one of Russia's most ancient. Visit the Kremlin, with its 16th-century Church of the Transfiguration and the tiny Church of St. Dmitry-on-the-Blood. Here in 1591, Czarevich Dmitry, youngest son of Ivan the Terrible, was killed mysteriously. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day Six, Yaroslavl After breakfast today, tour Yaroslavl, founded in the 11th century by Yaroslav the Wise. The city tour includes the 16th-century Monastery of the Transfiguration and Church of Elijah the Prophet. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day Seven, Goritsy Visit Cyrilo-Belozersky Monastery, which has six centuries of glorious history, having been founded in 1397. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day Eight, Kizhi Arrive at the island of Kizhi - an architectural gem within Lake Onega. The island is famous for its wonderful collection of 18th-century wooden buildings, restored to their original state. The highlights of Kizhi is the amazing Church of the Transfiguration, with its 22 onion domes; this magnificient structure was built entirely without a single nail.
Day Nine, Mandrogui Recreation stop at Mandrogui Village on the bank of 139-mili-long Svir River which connects Lake Onega with Lake Ladoga. There will be a B-B-Q party with recreation activities. Dinner on board.
Day Ten, St. Petersburg Afternoon arrival in St. Petersburg. Balance of the day at leisure. Lunch and dinner on board.
Day Eleven, St. Petersburg Visit the Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul with the tombs of the imperial Romanovs, beneath its 122-meter spire. Next on your bus tour today, visit St. Basil's Island, St. Isaac's Square and Decembrist Square with its bronze horseman statue of Peter the Great. Lunch on board. This afternoon, visit the many wonders of the elegant Winter Palace, which today houses the Hermitage Museum, one of the largest art and cultural museums in the world. The vast collection (about 65,000 items) includes some of history's most important art, including the French Impressionists' work. Dinner on board.
Day Twelve, St. Petersburg This day in St. Petersburg you may explore on your own. Whatever your interest, our local hosts ease your way by making all arrangements for tours, theater, ballet or opera tickets.
Day Thirteen, St. Petersburg Time to bid
farewell to your new friends and the elegant city of St. Petersburg. We transfer
you to the airport after your unforgettable journey through this fascinating
land.

Rates are per person based on Main Deck double occupancy and include land
arrangements and airfare. Air inclusive rates are based on New York departures,
add-ons are available from selected cities. A charge of $68 per person is not
included for Security Surcharge, U.S. Departure Taxes, Custom Fees, and Federal
Inspection Fees. Private airport transfers are not included in Cruise Only rates.
Upgrade to Upper Deck is $100; Boat Deck $200; Discount for Lower Deck $300.
