4) THE CONSULATE NOW ISSUES TOURIST VISAS FOR A TERM OF 1 MONTH ONLY!
5) WE NOW AS WELL PROVIDE VISAS TO: THE UKRAINE, BELARUS, KAZAKHSTAN.
6) ALL APPLICATIONS FOR RUSSIAN BUSINESS VISAS NOW HAVE TO BE APPROVED IN MOSCOW, WHICH TAKES 1 MORE WEEK!
You won't believe how actually easy it is*:
- First, print out the official visa Application Form issued by the Consular Department. We offer it in Acrobat Reader format;
- Complete visa application form, one per person, and sign it. All entries on the form must be typed or printed in block letters in English;
- In January 2002 the US Consular Service introduced a new procedure for Russian citizens seeking nonimmigrant entry visas to the United States. This procedure requires to provide supplementary information regarding their military service, participation in the military conflicts, their college or university degree, a list of countries visited in the last 10 years. Please be advised that as of May 01, 2002, US male citizens age 16-45 seeking a Russian entry visa are required to attach similar supplement to the standard visa application form. So, please download and fill out the Supplement to the questionnaire-form .
- An official invitation from an authorized organization in Russia is required by the Consulate - do not worry, we shall provide that for you;
Now, put in an envelope:
- The filled out application form and, if you are a US male betwee 16 and 45, the filled out supplement;
- One standard passport-size picture (white background) of the applicant;
- THE ORIGINAL NATIONAL PASSPORT. It must be valid for at least three months after the date of departure from Russia; As from November 1, 2002, the visas shall be stamped into the passports. NOTE: the Russian visa stamp has the size of 2 open passport pages, so please make sure you have at least two blank pages to fit such a stamp.
- Self-addressed, prepaid FedEx envelope or express mail envelope. We advise you to send all documents via FedEx;
- Include one payment check or money order payable to IVC, Inc, comprising our Processing Fee (per visa), Embassy Consular Fee (per visa). NOTE: for next or same-day visa processing ONLY certified checks or money orders are accepted

Your application will be duly submitted to the Consulate the next business morning after we receive it, and we shall mail it to you the day we retrieve it from the Consulate within the established procession time span.
* - for citizen and residents of USA and Canada.
We are licenced and do provide visa for the citizens of
European countries. The only difference is that the payment should be
by the international money order, enclosed with the application.
Applications of citizens of other countries have to be
processed through authorized organizations in their respective countires.
